Create CAD design for 0.1.0 Prototype

Updates to existing PVC Chair design:

Use a solid piece of plywood for the bottom of the chair
Allow PVC frame to be "snapped" onto plywood but later removed for ease of transport
Use Swerve Steering Mechanism https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2680517 for each of the four wheels

Please use FreeCAD for this design.
