Previous roboptim_core_d.pc was pointing to roboptim_core.lib and not roboptim_core_d.lib

Coverage remained the same at 90.518% when pulling 8d2acf604dbe9f6bf3c9d274c258da0711a3bf8b on aescande:master into 0a7a8bce821fb053144dfae62faa6fb74db102e3 on roboptim:dev.
