Since plugin seems to be growing beyond thin lessc wrapper it started as, I suggest we start to break out classes and function definitions into separate files.

Opinions?

Issues I have with organization convention kaiser used:

separate class for loader (why bother?)
still mixes code definition and execution (I check exists and invoke loaders/etc in main file, not in definition files)
not WP convention for file names

Also broken exclusion from updates right now.
