Can be merged anytime, however the README is written as if the 1.6.0 was released with this already in, so I suggest merging right before upgrading to 1.7.0.

When merging, merge https://github.com/roboscala/roboscala-samples/pull/4 as well.

I will probably add backward-compatibility shims for easier updates as well.

Ready for merge, it is now fully backwards compatible (however, deprecation warnings will appear).
