Like what smacc_action_client_base did this feature should be added to https://github.com/robosoft-ai/SMACC2/blob/galactic/smacc2/include/smacc2/client_bases/smacc_ros_launch_client.hpp or https://github.com/robosoft-ai/SMACC2/blob/galactic/smacc2/include/smacc2/client_behaviors/cb_ros_launch.hpp

consideration

the implementation should be like
