Measure, record and display power output of iron (wibni) #10

The system should permit measurement, recording and display of the dissipated power at the iron. This is handy for when you're trying to do metrics on soldering production lines (eg. joints/hour etc). Need more detail (x second resolution for x seconds) to define memory requirements etc.

Doesn't need a current sensor. Can be done purely with duty cycle, not a hardware requirement.
