Identify target tips #22

The Weller RT1 might be the high end option but at £40 would be a significant cost element for initial build and replacement. Perhaps also target Hakko "tips" with the first step being to establish the interfaces each popular tip in a usage class requires.

Not a requirement but a task that results in requirements. Structure electronics and software in a modular way for design re-use (eg. other tips/handles)
