Change to use Cold-Junction Compensated Thermocouple-to-Digital Converter #39

I have just noticed that Adafruit have a breakout board for an all in one Thermocouple Amplifier with build in cold junction compensation (https://www.adafruit.com/products/269). This is based on the MAX31855 (https://www.maximintegrated.com/en/products/analog/sensors-and-sensor-interface/MAX31855.html). Will definitely reduce the complexity and component count but may increase cost.

What do people think?
