Need to be able to get DXF output through potrace #2

Potrace exists and is very good at tracing things into DXFs. Prebuilt binaries exist, but it would be nice to integrate it. It's open source.

well... actually...what's required is DXF output, whether we use potrace or something else doesn't matter, but it works well.

Potrace scaling is 1 pixel = 1 dxf base unit, so, 1 pixel in potrace = 1 mm in dxf, unless you specify a scaling factor. This tool (toolbox) needs to output that scaling factor.
