Fix pipette when setting for ghosts in cursor is disabled #22

When the setting "Pick Ghost if no items are available" is disabled then it's never possible to pipette a waterway. I guess most players do play like with this setting, but I didn't until now and it caused quite a bit of frustration as my muscle memory kicked in.
