Signal Buoy offset is wrong on diagonal waterway #28

Hello,

When you place a signal buoy on a diagonal waterway, the buoy end up nearly on the waterway. There is no issue with the chain buoy signal. On the following screenshot, the bottom one is a signal, and the top one is a chain. Both signals are on the same waterway.

Interesting. Probably an issue with the offsets in the sprite sheets. Since I'll have to remake the signal buoy sprite sheets for 2.0 (because there's now twice as many orientations) I'll make sure that I don't accidentally copy this over.

This is fixed in 2.0. (waiting for game bug to be fixed for the selection box positions)
