This may be my fault, but I'm getting a permissions error running ./xbps-src pkg. #2

ERROR Failed to bind mount /proc at /home/ke7ofi/void-packages-bleeding-edge/cache/void-packages/masterdir//proc (Permission denied)

I ran it with sudo, so I suspect that the // is a problem. I don't unfortunately, know where to fix it.

I don't really know what went wrong here, either. Some suggestions:

If that fails:

Sorry, now I'm getting another error. I think if we should (and probably have to) try to figure it out first.

Where exactly is the error in that? What command did you run?

kigerpunk commented 8 years ago

Sorry, I must have copied the wrong log. Is there somewhere else to discuss this so I don't clog up the issue discussion?

robotanarchy commented 8 years ago

I don't mind discussing it here, so others who have the same issue can benefit from it. However, I'm also idleing in #sway on freenode IRC.

I'll run over to #sway when I get some time, then we can post the solution here if it's related to the repo. Otherwise, I can put it in the Sway wiki or something.
