Unable to setup a system to record, exiting #247

I am on day three of attempting to get this P25 trunk system running, and this is so close, but I'm not able to proceed any further.

I have provided the complete output from the run below, and my config,json. OP25 runs without issue. Installed via Git. RTL-SDR dongle has a serial number of "0". Ubuntu 18.04 on bare metal. ~/trunk-recorder exists and is owned by "faragher:faragher"

Note: The CSV issue has been resolved and has not affected the issue.

Your control channels line should be "control_channels": [154965000],
