Individual Squelch for Channels in Analog systems #893

I have multiple analog systems, spread across different bands (PD UHF, Fire VHF), for configuration simplicity I would like to keep them as one system. The ability to specify the squelch in the channelCsv would be very helpful as the two radios have very different noise floors.
