[ENHANCEMENT] Add Support for workbench.action.openIssueReporter in RobotCode

I like to request support for the built-in VSCode command workbench.action.openIssueReporter in RobotCode. This would make it easier to report issues directly from the interface without needing to navigate through menus or open a webbrowser and go to the robotcode github page...

Additional Feature:

It would also be helpful if relevant system information, such as Python version, OS, Robot Framework version, RoboCop version, and Tidy version, could be automatically included in the issue report.

• Automatic inclusion of environment details for better issue resolution
