Add CAN to the generator #21

Currently I'm just going to add them manually. I'll add them automatically later.

As much as I liked the idea of the generator, I think it is too difficult to maintain. What we should do instead is potentially write a comparison, so we can make sure we have 1-1 mapping for each function exposed in the HAL, and if not give us a difference list. Will open this issue over in the tools repository.
