Move gyro calibration code to seperate method #59

Done in a seperate branch. Waiting for Upstream merge. Branch also adds SPI Accumulator, so it needs HAL changes

First part of this was merged upstream. Waiting for the SPI accumulator changes to get merged before merging everything.
