Updated qtcreator tutorial #8

Added additional instuctions for Ubuntu 16.04 Updated link to arm toolchain, since newer versions arent published on the launchpad site anymore. Added reminder about the Installation guide, so the toolchain is installed. Added comment about red field for selecting the right script. Added scons command before project file generation, to build the project once so you can select the .elf file in the next steps.

I saw some beginners struggling while setting up the qtcreator because of some trivial issues. Was asked to add them to the guide.

Tested on a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 VirtualBox.
