Added Ammo making for Arsenal Gunfighter 2.0 + Tranlations into German #112

Title is all. Please double-check everything. Tested in SP, works as intended.

Only that that does not work is the WaterAmmo, I decided to let it stay. The ammo is bugged from Arsenal's side
