Adding a bunch more static models!

• Fixed all overridden Base items to have a WorldStaticModel. In almost all cases used the same models from the base game. One exception is the cigarette, which uses the single cigarette model rather than the pack since Hydrocraft has its own pack item.
• Added reskins of vanilla items for:
  • Aluminum bat
  • All warhammer types
  • All cig pack types
  • All hatchet types
• Added custom models/textures for:
  • Survival axe
  • All cig carton types
  • Box cutter
  • All smithy hammer types
• Added recipe to pack MREs back into box
