Fixes for crossbow, copied from my longbow code

• removed muzzle flash
• fixed "rack bullet" action to set sprite to empty crossbow

More or a less a copy/paste from the longbow. May be able to better consolidate these functions in the future to not override the same functions so many times but it works for now.
