This has been partly implemented. There is still a strange issue when navigating from resource file to another resource file that causes IDE to crash without a stack trace.
It should be possible to get a tooltip containing the keyword documentation by hovering mouse over a cell that contains a keyword name, either in test case or user keyword editor.
