Robot IDE should support multi-cell documentation to improve readability #251

Using Robot 2.0.2 and Robot IDE 0.12.3.

When Robot IDE is used to create or edit a file in HTML format, file or keyword documentation is stored in a single table cell. For structured documentation, this becomes quite hard to create and edit with Robot IDE. See resource and documentation file attached to issue #249 for an example.

Having the documentation spanning multiple table cells makes it much more readable and editable in the HTML source file. See the attached init.html, which was not edited with Robot IDE, but with kompozer.
