The IP range 192.168.8.1/24 doesn't play well with Scratch3, and the shipped Hubs have a modified (I think...) version of ScratchX

Additioally, hubs shipped to-date don't have .git so are un-updateable

Addressed the 192.168.8.1/24 with Scratch3 changes and tweaks to index.html
