Servo testing... #18

We might want servo steering one day.  I am working on it but I have discovered 
one flaw.

"Mega than the use of the bookstore disables the analogWrite () (PWM) on pins 9 
and 10, whether or not a servo connected to these pins."

I see a mod coming.

Reroute all PWM through to other pins.  Soldering needed.

Noted Soldering in issue 17.  This should be completed with the other soldering 
jobs listed there. (servo Library mod failed.  Just have to re-route.)

I shall report back here later.

This is still on-going...

Servo can now work in NEW** CMDRobot (yet to be named)
