CMDoverwatch - Hardware Improvements #29

Please inform here about any hardware improvements for CMDoverwatch.

1. Wheels:

I shall have a new improvement to these later on this week where we are going 
on the assumption that the little mount is not attached correctly (flush with 
the wheel).  We plan to use a FLAT piece of 1 - 2 mm ply to fix this with NEW: 
mounts.  This should make the wheels more stable.

2. Structural Integrity:

I have improved this so that it does not flex as much.  The motors are also 
secured to the base in a better manor than before.  Hopeful with the new 
wheels, we will have a much more stable robot.

ANY other suggestions should go below.

New hardware has been ordered.  Hopeful it arrives today or tomorrow.

new hardware has been delayed due to Easter....

We have found an alternative...

We shall use screws that can be purchased tomorrow morning.

The squares for the base are going to fix all wheel alignment issues along with 
more pipe clips to stop the motors from moving up and down.

A new cover has been cut.  See the wiki for more images.

I am also adding in some LED action so that it takes the project to the next 
level.

We are waiting on the motors which MUST arrive tomorrow.  Please come over to 
cmdlabs and install onto CMDoverwatch.
