Why B Not Work For Me #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press b
2. No Menu Comes Up For skill Points
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

When I press b1, the skillpoints menu comes up just fine.  There is no 
information in this bug report that can be used to help you. :-(

Go to console - /unbind B
Restarts the game, and try using it again.
I had a Bind on B that stopped me from doing it. Unbinding it fixed the problem.
