Concert Graph - Show Current Running App

Can we show the currently running app in the graph somehow?

Ideas:

• a new (different node attached to the client)
• just change the text in the client node from 'client' -> 'client-app' (e.g. dude-listener)

Other ideas?

i have a question. how do i get the app information? in other word, i can know that client name is dude but i don't know how to get the app name.
