Fingers behave oddly when commanded to 15.9 #6

First observed at https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/sign-language-papers/issues/7#issuecomment-460450706 (private repo). If any finger is commanded to achieve 15.9 (ranging [0, 20]), it starts spinning without seemingly aiming for a reachable pose.
