@jgvictores this is now ready for review. Note that there are some improvements over Teo's docs, mainly remaining Doxygen markup elements (eg. \ref, \image) now translated to Markdown:

See also asibot_install_kdl_on_ubuntu_14_10.md: there is no need to install from sources on Ubuntu 16.04.
