need to update cmake for bindings

I'm with @PeterBowman on this one. Best option here is to uninstall YCM (could be reinstalled after compiling bindings) until issue is solved upstream. Opening old issue #39 until https://github.com/robotology/yarp/issues/1552 (or YCM-equivalent issue) is solved.
