Automate generation/update of SUMMARY.md #58

Originally proposed at https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/questions-and-answers/issues/64 Makes most sense in this repo. Could be done in script similar to https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/developer-manual/blob/b652a6391c4737b4921506547bd60da4ce2de863/scripts/admin/update-gitbook.sh

Slight issue confirmed in practice and from the documentation: gitbook is designed to ignore whatever file is in .gitignore... so it will not find SUMMARY.md if ignored... a q&d solution would be to temporarily rename .gitignore within the book generating script... mixed feelings about this approach.
