[YarpOpenraveControlboard] Detect velocityMove 0 and map to stop #89

[YarpOpenraveControlboard] As commented with @jgvictores the current velocityMove is a bit undefined when 0 is sent. Best to detect and map to stop, which apparently resets the controller.
