[GitHub] Git LFS disabled for roboticslab-uc3m #85

BTW, issue marked as announcement, but should serve to:

  1. Track down heavy repos
  2. Decide which to clean, decide which to migrate to SVN or something (🚚 ), decide which to kill (☠️) ...total déjà-vu wrt https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/questions-and-answers/issues/2
  3. We can link to cleanup issues, e.g. https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/vision/issues/64

In fact, I'm pretty sure the repo that is taking up all the lfs space (https://github.com/organizations/roboticslab-uc3m/settings/billing displays 4.23 GB of 1 GB included at time of writing) is: https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/xgnitive-style-transfer-lfs
