Rename files at `share` (use kebab-case), update links/references #44

As commented in roboticslab-uc3m/openrave-yarp-plugins#44 . Could be a good idea to change teo_cgda_iros.env.xml to something less generic as teo-cgda-iros-paint.env.xml.

Rename files at share (use kebab-case), update links/references
