Resolve deprecation of analogServer #265

The analogServer device is going away in YARP 3.9 (unscheduled ATOW, see https://github.com/robotology/yarp/pull/2999). We have a bunch of occurrences in this repo:

LeapMotionSensor: migrate to IJoypadController + JoypadControlServer
SpaceNavigator: migrate to IJoypadController + JoypadControlServer
WiimoteSensor: migrate to IJoypadController + JoypadControlServer
Jr3: already using MAS (https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/yarp-devices/issues/240), we just need to change the current default; see also https://github.com/roboticslab-uc3m/yarp-devices/issues/263
PhidgetSpatial: it looks like a regular IMU, so maybe IThreeAxisLinearAccelerometers + IThreeAxisGyroscopes + IThreeAxisMagnetometers + IOrientationSensors?
