does anyone know him in RL? is he safe and ok? did anything happen to him?

Don't know them at all, but they're still active as of 10 hours ago on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/user/roboticsound/), so I guess they're fine, they've just probably abandoned development of Pulsarr.
