there are a number of overly expensive components, which can be respeced for cheaper versions (e.g. the analogue switch on Cam 1)

The header is very expensive, but wont be needed (we wont break out as many GPIO in the next prototype) this removes digikey part A26589-ND (which cost >£11)

The camera switch chip (Digikey 296-28307-1-ND) can be replaced with https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/multiplexer-switch-ics/8076068/ and a mosfet (saving ~£3)

the cost of the final version will be cheaper by the nature of not having all the debug outputs (GPIO broken out, less HDMI ports, one of the USB ports wont be needed, A LOT LESS LEDs) as well as buying components in bulk to get them cheaper per part (this will be particularly relevant with caps which we can make smaller when we are happy that we dont need to modify them by hand)
