The CM9_BC library doesn't compile on ID version 1.0.2 #6

The constants P_PRESENT_POSITION_L, P_GOAL_POSITION_L and P_TORQUE_ENABLE doesn't exist. Equivalents starting with AXM are defined on dxl_devices.h, but this file is not included.
