few more little changes #2

Updated the "ported" examples a little bit. Removed the extra copy of the "arm" folder within the "windows/arm_tools.zip" archive. It should decrease the size a little bit and hopefully it will not break anything (seems to work fine on Win7 64-bit). Changed the name of the linux executable/start script (arduino->robotis) and updated build.xml to match.
