HaViMo2 purge #3

Purged the HaViMo2 functions and files from the core library. A replacement using the Dxl object has been created and compiles, but has not yet been tested with CM-900 and HaViMo2 hardware. When I've confirmed it works as expected, then I will push the updated dxl library and havimo2 example sketch. I also need to see if the changes to the pypose sketch permit it to work seamlessly with PyPose (a bit like RoboPlus Motion for creating motions).

Okay thanx NaN I ported dynamixel codes from CM-530 successfully, it was more perfect than previous SDK base codes. Moreover, it doesn't need timer function, so it's response time is much faster. please let me know if you have any plan to move HaViMo to libraries. Do you want to any tutorial making libraries in CM-900??
