compiles but collision body modification api is temporarily disabled #16

A few changes were made to adapt to the new Link&Joint API in raisim. But it is not currently supported now. This is a temporary compile fix. I'll make a full list of api in a couple of days so that users can create an articulated system in python side without a urdf file.
