Expand/update Readme's #137

I just updated the modularity readme to include a usage example. I suppose there's still a bunch of others that need to be expanded/updated.

Shouldn't we add an index.md or something to point at the various readme's?

I meant some kind of central page that links to the various readme's. Or wasn't it a "Huh, WTH are you talking about?"

Right. Yes. I think we need to make the readmes flow better.. it's very "all over the place" at the moment.

Closing as RL2 milestone has been reached. I know we still need to work on this.
