Wrong language for some parts of the comment interface #158

I posted a comment on a picture. The owner published the comment and replied to it. I came back to reply once more, and the interface was partially in russian (or other cyrillic language).

I have no russian-related config that I know of (os language, browser language, http headers, etc.) so I don't know why this happened.

After posting my comment, there was more russian text (can't remember exactly where, possibly the confirmation message ?).

This should now be resolved; let me know if you notice this problem anywhere else! I thought I'd found all instances of it but I've missed a few. It's to do with not scoping the cache to the current user's locale.
