If the "vacation" issue is closed and unpinned it will not be found #5

This Action only searches pinned issues so when deactivating vacation mode on unpin or close the issue will not be found and the vacation mode activated comment will remain. This is not a big deal because the interaction limits will be removed any time the action runs.
