Fix problem in os x 10.9.2 #17

I had to remove this header inclusion to compile on OS X 10.9.2 . Is this a spurious inclusion or it was something actually needed? @francesco-romano @jeljaik

I don't know that header file. It doesn't seem to be a C++ standard file. @jeljaik Why did you add it? Maybe you wanted to add #include <string> ?

I tested the controller without this header and everything seems to be working. It's not being used anywhere and to be honest I don't recall adding it. I fear it was added automatically by KDevelop at some point. Sloppy mistake. Thanks for reporting
