Avoid raising hand during observation phase #209

At the moment, the user is supposed to raise the hand to be engaged; however, the user should remain still during the observation phase. We want to avoid the raise hand option and engage automatically the user during the observation phase.

Command set_raise_hand provided for starting the interaction with the raise hand option.
