Institutional access to GCP #230

When everything will be ready, we ought to proceed with providing institutional access to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) through our ICT facilities.

Something is finally happening here ✨

We had a meeting today with all the involved actors and soon afterward @mbrunettini has contacted ICT in order to get in touch with a Google official provider.
