This PR does the following:
reduces the minimum distance from skeleton to 1.8m, to avoid touching the environment
Adjusts the starting pose due to increased distances
Adds cli programs to basic dockerfile (vim, gdb...)
Adjusts brackets in navcontroller for added clarity
