As per title, this PR updates the yarpManager applications with changes that were necessary during latest tests. Highlights are:

googleSpeech and googleSpeechProcess are launched by the yarpmanager instead of docker compose
speech interaction connections are put inside the yarpmanager application
The .ini file for the Realsense is replaced in favour of a yarprobotinterface config file
